Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you purchase, join a waitlist or contact us through WhatsApp/a form, VORTEX may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number and details about the purchase or inquiry (product, date and amount).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to confirm your purchase, deliver the product or coordinate the service, answer your inquiries and notify you when a waitlisted product becomes available. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Forms

Store forms (contact and waitlist) are processed through Netlify Forms. The information remains in VORTEX’s Netlify dashboard until it is handled.

4. Shopping cart

The shopping cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on a VORTEX server. If you clear your browsing data or change devices, the cart will be lost.

5. Third parties

Payment is processed through Wompi; VORTEX does not store card or payment-method information. When store analytics are activated, this page will identify the platform used (for example, Google Analytics) and explain how to opt out.

6. Your rights

You may request an update to or deletion of your information by contacting VORTEX through the channels listed on the site.
