Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Because of the nature of digital products (immediate access to content), refund requests are evaluated case by case, primarily when the delivered file contains a genuine error or does not match the product-page description.

2. Services and bookings

For packaged services and bookings (streaming, DJ, audits and events), cancellation and refund terms are agreed directly with the VORTEX team when the service is scheduled.

3. Tournament tickets and registrations

Registrations for Coliseum/FC27 tournaments and events are non-refundable once the tournament has started, unless VORTEX cancels the event.

4. Memberships

Memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle; periods that have already begun are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your proof of payment and the reason for your request. VORTEX will respond within a reasonable period.
