Purchase Terms

1. Seller

Products and services in the VORTEX Store are sold by VORTEX Media Colombia (‘VORTEX’) through givortex.com.

2. Products and services

The VORTEX Store offers digital downloads, courses, packaged services, service bookings, tickets/registrations, memberships and free resources, organized by division (Streaming, Academy, Coliseum, Nexus, Digital Solutions, Gaming Hub, DJ Lab, FC27 and GTA VI). Each product page displays its type, price, delivery format and license.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. VORTEX may update prices at any time; the valid price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment process

Payment is processed through Wompi payment links or, for purchases containing several products, through manual confirmation by WhatsApp while the store does not yet have API-integrated checkout for multi-item carts. VORTEX manually confirms every payment before releasing a product or service.

5. Product status

A product may be available, coming soon (with a waitlist) or sold out. VORTEX does not charge for products that are not marked as ‘available.’

6. Services and bookings

Packaged services and bookings (streaming, DJ, audits, etc.) are coordinated directly with the VORTEX team after the purchase or request, subject to scheduling availability.

7. Memberships

Memberships renew periodically (monthly or annually, depending on the product) and may be canceled before the next billing cycle by contacting VORTEX. The exact benefits of each membership are described on its product page.

8. No guarantee of results

No VORTEX Store product guarantees specific results (income, followers, tournament placement, investment return, etc.). Templates and guides are support tools, not guarantees of results.
